NEW TO WHITE SHILAJIT
White Shilajit (Brakshun)
White Shilajit, also referred to as Brakshun or “Stone Oil” in certain Central Asian traditions, is a rare mineral substance that forms naturally in mountainous environments. Historical references to similar materials can be found across regions such as Mongolia, China, and Eastern Siberia, where it has long been collected from high-altitude rock formations.
This material develops in caves and rock crevices where mineral-rich water slowly interacts with surrounding geological formations over long periods of time. Through this process a light-colored mineral deposit forms, composed primarily of water-soluble mineral complexes.
After purification, White Shilajit appears as a light crystalline material or fine powder with a mildly mineral taste that dissolves easily in water.
White Shilajit is sometimes compared to the darker Shilajit resin (Mumijo). While both originate from remote mountain environments and are traditionally gathered from rock formations, their compositions differ significantly. Dark Shilajit is an organic-mineral resin formed through the long decomposition of plant matter, whereas White Shilajit consists primarily of mineral structures formed through geological processes.
Today, White Shilajit is primarily valued for its unique natural composition and its rare occurrence in high-altitude mountain regions.
HOW TO USE
Recommended daily amount: 100–250 mg (approximately a small pinch or about 1/8 teaspoon).
Dissolve the desired amount in 150–200 ml of warm (not boiling) water and stir until fully dissolved. White Shilajit should dissolve completely without visible residue.
For those new to the product, it is generally recommended to start with a smaller amount (around 100 mg once daily) and gradually adjust as desired.
Traditionally, White Shilajit may also be prepared as a mineral infusion: dissolve 1–2 g in 1 liter of water and consume gradually over 1 or 2 days.
Some traditional preparation methods describe using White Shilajit in periods of several weeks or months followed by a short break.
Avoid mixing with highly acidic liquids.
INGREDIENTS
The Crystals are 100% Pure White Shilajit Minerals from the Altai Mountains.
Lab-tested for heavy metals, pollutants, pest- and herbicides.
PURITY & TESTING
Our materials undergo purification and quality control procedures before packaging.
For Shilajit products, purification is performed using controlled water extraction at low temperatures (below 40 °C) to remove insoluble impurities while preserving the natural mineral structure.
Independent laboratory analysis is conducted to verify composition and screen for heavy metals including lead, mercury, arsenic, and cadmium.
Additional testing screens for contaminants such as pesticides and herbicides.
Laboratory reports are available upon request.
