How to use

Recommended daily amount: 100–250 mg (approximately a small pinch or about 1/8 teaspoon).

Dissolve the desired amount in 150–200 ml of warm (not boiling) water and stir until fully dissolved. White Shilajit should dissolve completely without visible residue.

For those new to the product, it is generally recommended to start with a smaller amount (around 100 mg once daily) and gradually adjust as desired.

Traditionally, White Shilajit may also be prepared as a mineral infusion: dissolve 1–2 g in 1 liter of water and consume gradually over 1 or 2 days.

Some traditional preparation methods describe using White Shilajit in periods of several weeks or months followed by a short break.

Avoid mixing with highly acidic liquids.

Ingredients

The Crystals are 100% Pure White Shilajit Minerals from the Altai Mountains.

Lab-tested for heavy metals, pollutants, pest- and herbicides.

Purity & Testing

Our materials undergo purification and quality control procedures before packaging.

For Shilajit products, purification is performed using controlled water extraction at low temperatures (below 40 °C) to remove insoluble impurities while preserving the natural mineral structure.

Independent laboratory analysis is conducted to verify composition and screen for heavy metals including lead, mercury, arsenic, and cadmium.

Additional testing screens for contaminants such as pesticides and herbicides.

Laboratory reports are available upon request.

Frequently asked questions

  • White shilajit, also known as Brakshun or "stone oil", is a rare mineral exudate from the Altai Mountains. Despite its name, it isn't an oil but a creamy-beige mineral granulate that dissolves rapidly in water. It has been used for centuries in the traditional medicine of Tibetan, Chinese, and Altai peoples.

  • Black shilajit is a resin rich in organic compounds such as fulvic acid. White shilajit is largely inorganic and contains a broad spectrum of minerals and trace elements — including gold, silver, iron, zinc, magnesium, and iodine — in a highly absorbable form.

  • White shilajit is traditionally used to support the immune system, balance intestinal microflora, strengthen bones and joints, promote tissue regeneration, reduce inflammation, and support overall organ health. It is also used externally for skin conditions, wounds, and joint complaints.

  • For the first 1–2 weeks, dissolve 1–2 granules (approx. 400–500 mg) in 750 ml of water and drink throughout the day. After 2 weeks, you can increase the dose to 2–4 granules. A typical cycle lasts 2–3 months, followed by a break of 2–3 months.

  • Yes. Dissolve 3 g in 300 ml of water, soak a piece of gauze or clean cloth in the solution, and apply to the affected area for 2–3 hours. Suitable for joint pain, skin conditions, wounds, and burns. Do not apply to open wounds or active bleeding, and stop immediately if irritation occurs.

  • Yes. White and Altai shilajit are actually recommended to be used together — the two compounds appear to enhance each other's effects. Simply add both to your bottle of water. Adding a teaspoon of honey is a popular addition for extra immune support.

  • High-quality white shilajit dissolves completely in water without leaving residue, and has a distinctly sour taste. Lower-quality products often contain up to 15% limestone and leave a chalky residue. Origin matters less than purity — Altai, Siberian, and Chinese products are comparable in quality when properly purified.

  • It is not recommended during pregnancy, breastfeeding, for children under 10, or in cases of allergies, cardiovascular disease, acute gastrointestinal problems, severe constipation, increased blood clotting, or thrombophlebitis. Avoid combining with alcohol, coffee, and antibiotics during a course. If in doubt or when taking medication, consult a doctor.

  • Store the dry granulate in a closed container, in a dry place out of direct sunlight. White shilajit is an ancient mineral product with no expiry date. A prepared water solution should be kept in a sealed glass bottle in the refrigerator and used within 10 days.
